1. Service Usage Terms
By using Vedant Billing, you agree to comply with all applicable laws related to accounting, invoicing, and GST taxation in India. Falsifying invoices, sharing login credentials, or attempting to misuse the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
2. Subscription & Billing
Vedant Billing operates on a subscription model based on feature tiers. Renewals or upgrades are billed annually or monthly via Razorpay (INR) or offline bank transfer as per the selected payment term.
3. Service Availability
Vedant Billing provides a cloud-based invoicing and inventory management system designed for high availability. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime due to potential maintenance windows and reliance on cloud providers.
